About our Owner
What sets CleanseMarin apart is our owner’s background and approach as a certified holistic nutritionist and advanced level I-ACT instructor. With her versatile background, Lauren understood that colon therapy and detox work, while essential, is not a one size fits all experience for the user. With the savvy of Marin county and the desire for detox services for biohackers, many of our clients come in weekly and enjoy the numerous health benefits of regular detox therapy. Lauren was also keenly aware of the growing number of clientele we service with detox challenges and chronic complex illness that were wanting to approach the services we offer at CleanseMarin, but not necessarily knowing how to start or best practices to support their bodies through the process. CleanseMarin has become a safe haven for this more sensitive populace, who have found exactly what works for their bodies and learned the signs of when they could use support with detox therapies.
Over the years Lauren has grown CleanseMarin to include infrared sauna, detox foot baths, ozone therapy, high end nutraceuticals, and our signature cleanse programs that have become seasonal rituals for many of our returning clients. Whether you’re looking to utilize our services at CleanseMarin for the first time due to a recent mold exposure, yeast imbalance, an ongoing chronic issue, hormonal struggles, gut and digestion problems, lyme or coinfections, or even parasitic overwhelm, we are confidant that you will not find a more well balanced and informative approach to detox therapy than what we offer CleanseMarin. As for Lauren, she splits her time between Marin County and Nashville, Tennessee where she runs our sister location, Ritual Wellness.
