Your feet have more than 100,000 pores and important meridians (channels of energy) associated with kidneys, spleen, liver, bladder, and gallbladder. Ion Cleanse Detox Foot Bath by AMD is a gentle and effective way to begin increasing your body’s natural ability to excrete glyphosate, aluminum, & cadmium, as well as mycotoxins, while supporting intracellular infectious states & environmental illness associated regional toxicity.

During an ionic foot bath, we add salt and a copper conductor and set the ion polarity to whatever ratio or setting has been determined to be beneficial for you (different endotoxins carry either a positive or negative charge so someone with a specific diagnosis, i.e. candida, may want to disclose for optimal results). You may feel tingling in your feet & you may taste metal in your mouth. This is a 20 minute treatment. We change our plates every 20 uses as directed and we use tub liners from AMD for sanitary purposes.

If you’re new to detoxification practices, some supplemental work the day of a foot bath might include:

-dry brushing your entire body (to stimulate the lymph)

-soaking in a tub of filtered water, bentonite clay, aluminum free baking soda & epsom salt

-sweating in an infrared sauna

-spending a few minutes in a cold plunge (or shower)
